Contract Analyst - Law Summer Student

Location: Cambridge, Ontario, Canada

Department: Enterprise Risk Management

Type: Seasonal

Min. Experience: Entry Level

This individual will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a new contract management program and developing a comprehensive inventory of all contracts including reviewing each contract to identify and document pre-defined attributes. The scope is across the group of Companies..

Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a recognized law school
  • Ability to read and interpret all types of contracts and legal documents
  • Drafting and legal research, as required
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Ability to work with MS Office
  • Previous experience in an office environment an asset but not required
  • Travel across SW Ontario is required.
